POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking:

  • Payment: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. A non-refundable payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Confirmation: Upon approval of your booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your session.
  • Arrival: Clients may arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their scheduled booking time. Check-in, setup, clean-up, and check-out must all occur within the allotted booking time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • Non-Refundable: All bookings are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking to another available date within one month of the original booking, provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will incur a rescheduling fee equal to 20% of the original order. Only one rescheduling opportunity is allowed per booking.
  • Studio Cancellations: If the studio needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule it at the earliest available time that suits the client’s needs.

Timeliness:

  • Punctuality: Clients are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their scheduled booking. Late arrivals will be held responsible for any lost time, as sessions cannot be extended.
  • Overtime: Any extension beyond the allotted time will be charged in 30-minute increments at the prevailing rate. Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested upon arrival.

Guests & Conduct:

  • Guest Limit: Only the approved number of guests based on the booking category are allowed in the studio. Pets are not permitted inside the studio facility.
  • Behavior: Smoking, bringing food, drinks, or substances that may cause stains or strong odors, and loud noise are prohibited. Failure to comply will result in session termination without a refund.

Damages:

  • Liability: The client will be held accountable for any damage or loss that occurs to the studio or its property directly resulting from their misuse or carelessness, as well as those of their group.

Health & Safety:

  • Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring their session complies with current health and safety legislation and best practice guidelines.
  • Insurance: STUDIO BLK’s insurance covers only the building. Clients should have their own insurance to cover personal property and liability.

Content & Usage:

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all images and videos captured during your session.
  • Studio BLK Usage: We reserve the right to use photos and videos from your session for marketing purposes with your prior consent.

By booking studio time and making the required payment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
